Terms & General Information

• 24 hours notice us required to cancel appointments otherwise a charge will be incurred.
• Please respect other people having relaxing treatments by turning mobile phones off, or putting them on silent.
• If you arrive late for an appointment, we will endevour to accomodate you, but it may reduce your treatment time.
• Please notify your beauty therapist of any medical conditions prior to your treatments.
• Please bring open toe shoes to wear after pedicures.
• St. Tropz - Please wear loose, dark clothes. Preferably no bra or straps. Any waxing should be done 24 hours before.
• Waxing - Hairs need to be at least 1/2 inch in length. No sunbeds, heat treatments, swimming, hot baths, showers or perfumed prodcust for 24 hours after waxing.
• Eyelish tints, eyelash perms and temporary tattoos require an allergy test 24 hours prior ro treatment.
• Tips are at your discretion.
